This week Asian Jon returns and so does Pixel to play another round of the news game. Have they broken all of the rules?

Cartoons (or animated series for Average Joe's sake) have gone through a lot of change over the past few decades. How do the cartoons of the 1990's compare to shows produced for television and streaming today? Which decade had the best selection of animated content?

This week Average Joe is joined by both Ben The Movie Buff and Tiny Tim for another exploration through the shared universe of the Stargate franchise.

Our ridiculous news game continues as we end up discussing the creation of a Mattel film studio and the possibility of a shared universe between Barbie, Hot Wheels, and He-Man.

Then we travel to the Pegasus galaxy for an exploration of the television series "Stargate Atlantis". Does this spin-off differentiate itself from it's sister show enough to be considered worth watching on television? How does it take the Stargate concept in new directions?

Music and audio from "Stargate Atlantis" is the property of Joel Goldsmith, Brad Wright, Robert C. Cooper, Acme Shark, MGM Television, and Sony Pictures Television.

What do Detroit rappers, alien symbiotes, and British wizards have in common? They are all conversations inside the Bat-Jar this week.

We are joined by Ben The Movie Buff's brother Tiny Tim for a train ride to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry to discuss the Harry Potter franchise. How did this idea about a boy wizard turn into the best-selling book series? What makes the writing of these books unique? And what sort of fan-base has risen up as a result of these books being published?
