Join Average Joe and Tater Tot for a stroll through the Hundred Acre Wood to discuss the origins of Christopher Robin and his friends. Where does the famous bear get his name? Does this franchise take place in the same universe as the Toy Story movies? And should we be concerned that this franchise has now entered the public domain?

Music and audio from "Winnie The Pooh" is the property of Henry Jackman, Kristen Anderson-Lopez, Robert Lopez, Peter Del Vecho, Clark Spencer, Walt Disney Pictures, and Walt Disney Animation Studios.

The intro and outro music was created by Cackles and Jeremy Eckert. We thank them for their generous support of this podcast.

Return to the far, far, away galaxy for a look back at the first of the most recent Star Wars films, "Episode VII: The Force Awakens". Since this was released less than a year before the start of our podcast, we never got the chance to make this movie it's own conversation. Does revisiting this film seven years later do it any favours? Or is it haunted by what became of its sequels?

Music and audio from "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" is the property of John Williams, Kathleen Kennedy, J.J Abrams, Bryan Burk, Bad Robot Productions, and Lucasfilm Ltd.

The intro and outro music was created by Cackles and Jeremy Eckert. We thank them for their generous support of this podcast.

This week we deconstruct the famous origin stories of Superman and Batman. As the characters have had their stories retold several times, there are distinct variations in several elements of their journeys to heroism. Which elements would we choose if we were to retell their secret origins?

Music and audio from "Superman: The Movie" is the property of John Williams, Pierre Spengler, Dovemead Ltd., International Film Production, and Warner Bros. Pictures.

Music and audio from "Batman: The Brave and the Bold" is the property of Kristopher Carter, Michael McCuistion, Lolita Ritmanis, James Tucker, Michael Jelenic, Linda Steiner, Warner Bros. Animation, and DC Entertainment.

The intro and outro music was created by Cackles and Jeremy Eckert. We thank them for their generous support of this podcast.
